Accessible Housing Database and Manual
Description: A tool CILs can use to track accessible rental housing in their community, and from which officials and advocates can draw data in order to assess affordability and availability of accessible housing. The tool provides an overview of the history of disability approved housing policies. Goal: develop broadly applicable techniques for evaluating the accessibility of a community’s rental housing stock while outlining strategies for developing a systematic plan to increase accessible housing options for disabled people.
